Craig Hoyland
Company Director and Event Manager
A successful engineer who can turn his hand to most things.
I’ve been in the industry for 15 years and had experience in all sectors of event production with the passion to drive MB Audio Visual to new heights.
I enjoy problem solving especially under pressure and love seeing and event come to life!
Steve McKie
Event Manager and Head of Lighting
A very creative and charismatic character, his eye for design and layout has helped MB Audio strive.
He’s been in the industry for 23 years coving both sound and lighting.
His main back round was playing drums and can be found fishing on his days off.
Nathan Large
Technician
The newest to the team, he’s a quiet individual with a lot of potential.
Fast learner and quick to adapt. From a theatre back round, he’s loves the indepth theory of consoles and microphones.
Self-taught pianist with a creative insight in to musical theatre and film scores.
In his own time you won’t find him far from a Piano
Steve Ellis
Sound
Very knowledgeable and a fantastic asset to our team. Steve has been working in the industry for 20+ years, nothing is too much an ask.
Recording and live sound are his specialities. Touring engineer for Babybird, Tiny Dancers, Bang Bang Romeo to name a few.
In his spare time he’s in his studio or growing veg.
Harley Berry
Technician
Hard working and positive, Harley is a fast learner in our growing organisation. He enjoys the challenges and jobs put before him.
Kitchen theatre is key task he enjoys as well as stage tech, camera operator and monitors
Darius Cooper
Technician
Darius is very infectious with his funny yet hard working personality. He brings a lot to the table of MB Audio with liaising with clients and organisational skills. Motivatable is an understatement with Darius. His key skills are Audio, lighting, stage management and DJing
